Points Rewards or Cash

The majority of webmaster programs in the market offer some sort of rewards system.

I also see many programs offer $70 days or 1.50 e-mail days, etc...

What does the webmaster want? You have two programs that offer relatively the same conversions and payouts, one offers you rewards points for prizes and the other pays extra cash bonuses for volume on certain days, which one is more appealing? Cash or prizes?

Actually I like the idea of points better than bonuses on certain days. If you have a bad day you get no cash. But if it picks up again the next day you still get your points. A fixed cash bonus system is cool too but the advantage of points is that you can combine things. X number of points on a regular conversion and double points on Friday or whatever. But then again cash in the hand is better than a digicam in the future. Hehe.
