Newbie Needs Help Urgently!!!

Hi everybody I urgently need help/advice:

I set up an adult picrating site (this is my first forray into the adult webmaster world), everything was going fine and I already got up to 2k uniques a day. However this evening when taking a look at my site I got bombarded by popups and dialer invitations...this has definately nothing to do with me, another webmaster has done something to cause this. I'm particularly annoyed because I don't even allow full nudity on my website and some of these popups are really sick shit. I notice one of the popups saying something about a url filter in the address bar. Could someone please explain to me what is going on and how I can prevent this from happening?

I wouldn't know how to fix that sort of thing. I don't even pretend to be technical.

However im sure it has been discussed before.

try doing searches for it..you may find something.

Run adaware or Spybot search and destroy. Sounds like you've downloaded some adware to your computer. If there isn't any then you've installed something on your site, what's the url?

it seemed to be that the popups started when I clicked on the enter link on the front page of my site. I have been downloading some mp3s today so it could be you've got the right explanation. I just hope visitors to my site haven't been seeing these popups.
I haven't got adware or any other similar program. is there anywhere to download for free (except kaaza of course)

should take care of it...but it will aslo try to kill your kazza etc

I ran the search and destroy program, the problem is still there. Something has converted all my links to be redirected elsewhere. could someone please check out my site http://ugotitbabe.com and see if they are getting redirected urls. For example the amateur match banner on the left is being redirected for me to 'asian thumbs'. If it is something I've downloaded then I guess I'll be able to get it fixed but if my visitors are being redirected then I'll have to close my site temporarily because some of these links are quite dodgy.

This is the site that's launching all the pop-up's etc that I saw off your site, clicking on the Amateur match banner displayed that company's pop-ups. If you're not seeing amateur match by clicking on that banner then you've got spyware installed on your computer.

If you want the pop's to stop, you need to change these links :All Links On This Site 18+

These are all your referrals to candidclicks, but candid is the one taking over. All the pops occur when someone closes the candidclicks site.

So, if you don't want pops that show hardcore, then remove the links and referral ID for all the hardcore sites. Just keep the referral ID link active that directs to candidclicks softcore.
