Looking for message board script

Hello everyone. Just wondering if there are any message board scripts out there with uploadable pics for avatars.

This board uses vbulletin, which is one with uploadable avatars.
VBulletin costs $160 for the license.
PhpBB2 is a VERY similar script that is free. While PhpBB2 doesn't
yet have uploadable avatars, for $120 I could not only add uploadable
avatars but at the same time I'd install and configure the script for you.
So with PhpBB2 it would end up $40 cheaper with uploadable avatars
added and including professional installation.

invisionboard is free and i believe you can upload your own avatars

2.) Invision Power Board
3.) WoltLab Burning Board

Indeed there are some good free boards out there.
None of them are as stable and upgradeable as VB though...
