Windows Programmer Needed

Need a Windows programmer for project immediately. The app must be able to interface with a Unix server and MySQL dB. Experience with WMV and DRM is not required but is considered a huge plus.

i know some one who can do this but is not up to 32bit windows programming. spends time in unix enviroment using perl. most of the programs envolved MYSQL .
