Are those phones really worth it? I don't know anyone who has one, so I haven't had a chance to get into trouble with one. They seem pretty cool, but that could just be really good advertising too.

I think that also Panky, tho a few stories I have heard from some fine people whom I share a cold one with, say that it's useful when looking at items you want to buy, and saves you time rather than writting down the prices, when it comes to people who look at more places to shop than say k-mart.

And with the point of advertising with it. Thinking of the cost per picture to send here in OZ it would out weigh the amount of protentional customers.

The prize that Chris has instored for us to win has a much greater use, I would think anyway..

my 2 cents..

have a magic weekend...

I know on sprint for my phone toshiba vm4050 i have i pay $15 for unlimited access to net, picture share and email.. its not that bad but im not gonna spent hours surfing.

It is kinda neat to get a pick then shoot it off to a group of your friends..

we set up a way to just send the image to an email account which makes things easier on everyone.

I still don't have one of these picture phones.
I probably won't get one either, at least until the technology advances a little further.

But I think Gateway's idea is pretty good.

believe me , camera phones still have a way to go, they just announced the first 1.3 mega pixel one which is a step forward..

I have always tried to be at the for front of technology, hell i had one of the first sites that brings adult content to pda's etc.. anyhow I think its a fun idea of having a site where people can post their images they takenw with their mobile phones. more and more in the US i see people at parties, clubs and such taking photos.. why not share them with everyone..

its not like a income maker for me, its more of a test of whats possible and what the future could hold..

here is my phone that i use on the sprint network.. its screen size is 240x320 which well is pretty damn good for a phone .
