I know they do exist, just don't know who makes them. Say i have 200 pictures in a folder...I need a program that will take all these pictures make smaller thumbs of each pic which link to the bigger picture and list about 10 pictures per page.

I see these pages around a lot when people are posting their vegas or other convention pictures.

I belive Photpshop has that built in .I made a gallery that way. I just didnt upload it.

Photoshop does that for you...

Gallery Maker Pro is another one I think

A lot of us use Arles Image to do that stuff. Nice pics.

If you've got a unix webserver, I can give you a perl script that will do this nicely...

Go to http://fookes.com and check out ezthumnails...

I *think* it might do what you need... and it's free, even if it doesn't. :)
