Hmm, I'd say "Webmaster" or at least put an apostrophie so it's "Webmaster's" or "Webmasters' " if there's more than one. But I vote for Webmaster. I think Webmaster should be the plural anyway. Kind of like Wildebeast. :)

I'm sure many of wouldn't have noticed the spelling anyways. As for the button, its great the pic alone makes me want to click on it. Looks classy. Webmaster interviews sound great. Will it be like on radio or all text?

Of course it looks great, but are you going to interview only feminin webmasters? I'd go with a more neutral colour if your going to be sharing the life of both man and woman webmasters...
but thats just my 2 cent's
