Has anyone else gotten 4 emails in the last day or so from Zoe1, Zoe2, Zoe3, Zoe4@aebn.net ?
It's starting to piss me off. And the last one is blatant spam:
AEBN is increasing long term profits!

Speaking of Profits AEBN has a Check here for you. I have not been able to get in touch with you.

Just write me back I will send your check to you!

If AEBN doesn't reign in this eager beaver they are going to have a lot of pissed off webmasters on their case.

I got 2 of them myself, to the same email address. Really pissed me off when the email said I had a check at AEBN and I checked my AEBN account and there isnt shit. The few AEBN links I have up will be comming down after this incident. Dont specify my account number adn tell me I have a check if there isnt one there, WTF.

Honestly thats like your boss calling and saying "Hey come on down to the office and get your check." and when you get there he sayd "NOPE, but since your here, why not work."

That really pissed me off too. I sort of wrote off the first couple of emails as an over eager sales rep. But pulling scammy shit like telling you there's a check waiting for you is crossing the line as far as I'm concerned. Kind of makes you wonder about the integrity of the whole operation.

Yes I got 6 of them myself.

Hey, I have nothing against this kind of pro-active marketing... just don't get caught looking kinda foolish about it. LOL

Most webmasters are pretty sensitive to spamming it seems. I didn't mind the 4 or 5 emails that much but the "check is waiting" thing was pretty stupid.
