G'day Dan,

I have never had a chance to see how that works, but may i ask in here the following;

Does it block all java? like redirect to a html inside the same domain which opens up
into a new window?

Note code is missing the less than / greater than, aswell as { } keys;
can text it if it helps you. If it works, great, saves you some beer money =)

script language="JavaScript"
if(document.referrer.indexof or Of i have forgotten if it is o or O
umm (" your domain in here ") <
window.open('your domain's redirecting page in here');
self.focus();
/script

Does it still give access to the ie broswer to repond to .htaccess?

Dan, have you thought about iframe the html page that contains the redirect to the blur page? Just a thought.

G'day EvilDan, are you about?

Been doing a seach for you mate, today when reading back over some hand notes I had written down I came across this info.. I have seen it used on main stream sites and took note of the way it worked..

So my thinking is maybe to get you out of the SP2 issue.. DHTML might
deliver a different type of blur..

info I know of is very useful is found here!

Hope you meet your target!

Hi Dan...

Hey I've heard that Flash can get around the SP2 blocker.
Somehow... that's all I've heard.

I know that doesn't help much, but as I find out more I'll update.

I have a solution that will do a "quasi" popup, its not a real popup but it does work in SP2!

now how much ya gonna pay me?

cheers,
Luke

and more to the point, how much do you want?

If you need references for me, just ask around on this and many other boards
