Today I'm having a terrible time with my ICQ.
It's shutting down without warning and giving me "runtime errors"...

So if I happen to be chatting with you today and I just disappear, that's the reason.

I may end up re-installing it.

I feel for you Chris, my icq install is always causing myself a headache.

It's not a problem that I haven't seen before.

I ended up backing up my history files, uninstalling ICQ, manually deleting any remaining files, and re-installing it once again.

Seems to work ok now.

All these IM programs are evil.

Hey does anyone know of an ICQ history reader?

A small program separate from ICQ itself that will scan backed-up ICQ history files?

This would be a vey handy device if it exists.

Well, I did find a little app called ICQhr.
Does exactly what I want it to do.
