Mine is a very simple Wacom 4x5 penpartner, I've had it for 4 years. Still it's a pretty good investment for 100$ (canadian) ! I've done a lot of photoshop drawings with it, here's the last one I worked on (it's unfinished of course and a lot smaller than my source file) :

It's been quite a while I didn't use it though. I used to draw all the time but now I'm more into 3D stuff, and I don't use it to do designs, I find it faster to use the mouse.
