Who is your typical surfer?
 

I think this pretty much sums things up for what the level of knowledge is for the average web surfer... kinda a challenge for those of us making a living this way... :scram:

that percentage is quite shocking really, for us it's just common knowledge I guess though, but still, wow!!

This is a stark reminder of the millions of people who have no clue about technology.

Wow, I can't believe how many people think their browser is google...
