can they keep your money ???
 

hey guys just wondering what you guys do when a sponser keeps your cash
we have one that is holding about 13-15000 US useing some lame reason and will not fully tell us why In there terms and conditions there is nothing we have done for them to keep our money and i think just cause we are in australia they just think fuck it what can they do from down there !!
evenn the reasons they tell us do not warant them keeping our money if you go by there T&C
are they bound by there terms and conditions ??
all they say to us is talk to our leagal people
like shit how muchs is that going to cost me porberbly more that they owe us
you guys have anyideas on what we should do ?

I don't know the circumstances of your situation. Do they say that you have broken their Terms and Conditions?

Well, that's weird cause i work for a sponsor and we have no reasons to keep our partner's money... maybe they're in trouble and wanna keep ur money to pay their providers, rents and stuff like that...;)

it says in there terms the only way the can keep your money is if faurd is comitted or suspected which is impossible and the know that just from the rebills and up sells we get
