to blow on whatever, what would you do with it?

Stocks. I feel that this is a good time to by certain companies. Of course taking the pending war into consideration. As the rule says, the majority os investors buy when they should be selling. Most investors wait until the going is good and until the share price has made its move and missed the entry point .

invest the money.

Invest the money in start-ups... to found a LLC you need to put in here CHF 20'000.

If you count on a success rate of about 1 from 10 meaning with 1 mio dollars you get in the end 5 companies that should in the middle-term survive and hence make even more money!

Well, unfortunately a million dollars isn't that much these days... So I would probably pay off the mortgage and invest the rest. Oh yeah and take a nice long trip somewhere hot and erotic...Oops! I mean exotic! :sunshine:

Hide. Change my name. Move to where relatives couldn't find me. Invest it. Spend some of it. Travel worldwide. Give some away anonymously.

I would spend it on all the things I have wanted and take a few trips, buy a couple pounds of weed.

Buy a condo in the crazy ass building i rent in, then use the rest for maintance fees, buy a pair or gucci boots and it would be gone! rofl

I'd hop on my little motorcycle, drive off into the sunset, and never return.

Pay off my student loans, car, and credit cards, then invest some, start my own company, and of course go shopping!

As Fun' says it it not a lot of money these days. I would put some more into our biz's and make it into something much bigger!:D

I would pay off my debts, buy a house in the burbs, a new SUV and a Seadoo Challenger X.

The left over I would use to decorate the new house, invest in my own business and take a long HOT vacation.

It would take me NO TIME to blow through 1 mil.

I would pay off the mortgage, buy a nice car for me and my parents, buy a new wardrobe, vacation in jamaica for a month ....

then invest anything that might be left over

I don't know exactly but I know my friends and I would be having some fun! I think about it every couple months when I buy a lottery ticket and stare at the news waiting to see my numbers come up...which never happen...

I got some fresh ideas bout wot I wud do
since it is really not that much of money and finally we all live only one time I wud spend a good of this money on travelling abd the rest invest in the biz

i'd buy 1lb of 5 different strains of the dankest dank weed on the planet
buy a porsche and a modest house (maybe 100-150k) and give the rest to my uncle to invest for me (VP of Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter)

Buy a Silver Vette (I'm a girl, so I'm not suffering from "little dick syndrome"--I just like the cars)....go shopping in NY, travel the Carribean, help my family out and invest whatever was left over.
