I get audio but no video. Only a few very fuzzy frames flashing from time to time, and the rest of the time, a white screen.

I'm on cable, high speed. I checked my bandwidth and I get at least 200 kbytes / sec

Do I need a new CODEC or what ??

Feynman, you aren't the only one having problems. The guys are working on it to sort out the problem. The site officially launches on Friday the 21st. There is going to be a distinct humorous side to this site that surfers are going to love... :D
