Not today I have a migraine....
 

Seriously, it's been 3 FRIGGIN days :( I'm going nuts...I've taken Tylenol, Atasol, Advil (not all at once...lol) and no relief...Got any tips?

I don't get migraines (knock on wood) but I do get headaches. I have a heat pad I heat up in the microwave (one of those herb packs) and I lay it over my head forehead and eyes. By the time it cools off, I am good:)

Might want to try it!

I find dark rooms and cool face cloths help

Also - Immitrex is a great prescription med for it - it targets the specifics of migraines.

Other than that, I'm not sure what to suggest.. those normally work for me eventually

that hurts FB...i had migraine early today too & it sucks!!! i couldnt work straight...had cat naps in between.
i took advil too but no relief either. i think it's stress. we need to have a break.
let's go and get a spa massage...what do yah think? ;)

My mom has been with migraine too for a couple of days and she cant get rid of it neither

Had a massage today, but it didn't work :( ! What an awful feeling I'm going to start bashing my head against the wall soon....lol

I had a migraine for a year once... constant.

Turned out to be a wisdom tooth that had grown it's roots up into my sinus'.

ya never know what could be causing a migraine.

Well, I ended up in the ER this morning :confused: They had to start an IV to get me some relief...And I FINALLY got a prescription (little miracle pills at 20$ a pop!!!) :p

Thanks Jen, but I'm finally better! :D No I can be my bratty self again!
