Fresh blood on the market!

Anyway, I am new here, have to find out how to handel it.
I am from Prague (Czech Republic), work for www.xxxtreams.com, one of the biggest provider of live content in Europe. Will get know each other during the time I guess. Will appreciate any of yours helps. Thanks.
