Verotel and chargebacks.
 

I have been using Verotel as my 3rd party processor for my amateur site since April/02. I also implemented an affiliate program and over the past few months sales have been increasing - especially through my affiliates.

However last Monday I received notice of 16 chargebacks. This has totally freaked me out. I checked out my stats and noticed they all came from the same affiliate (who's since been suspended by Verotel). I emailed Verotel to see what's up with this but have yet to hear back.


So my questionn - Are chargebacks high at Verotel. What's their record on fraud screening. Should I change processors? I've been thinking about globill.

Sounds like a bad affiliate, not a bad processor.

I'd have to agree on this, however I don't know very much about Verotel.
Have you considered PSW Billing or CCBill?

No, it was a cheater affiliate.

I have used Verotel for years, no complaints at all.
