Epoch / Paycom - rebills?

Anyone here use Epoch / Paycom for billing? We have them as our primary biller in NATS and over the last 2 days I've noticed a very marked dip in rebills that I can't explain. Anyone else had a similar issue?

I wish I could give you a reasonable answer Dave.
We're using them as a secondary only.
