What's that thing in turkey that makes you sleepy?

I swear after I eat all I want to do is sleep (maybe I eat too much) no I've actually heard there is something in turkey that makes you sleepy. :confused:

Did you ever wonder why most (if not all) pigs go straight to sleep every after meal?
That's because they feel heavy for eating too much...
