Well it's been close to 3 - 4 days since the my cold/flu left me .. How much longer will I have to indure these flem coughs ???

It will probably go away within the week. Drink some lemon juice, it may help.

Vid... if you smoke, you're keeping it around 10x longer. So, figure in 10x more semen.

Oregano oil. You can get it at the Health Tree store it's potent stuff and it kills EVERYTHING! Hope you feel better hun!

Next time swallow - or - in all seriousness - try gargling with salt water to keep the throat moisturized or it will get worse. Sleep with about two pillows propped up behind you so that you drain properly. But get to a doc and get some meds to finish it off or it can get worse
