What is wrong with the Phoenix weather??

I've been here two days and the temperature hasn't dropped below 70.
I also haven't seen a cloud since I made a flight connection in Chicago.

Chris, you need to come down here in late July, right when monsoon season starts up. It might not match a true Ganges River Basin monsoon, but it's still impressive to be standing in a desert city and watching streets flood out and dry washes suddenly turn into rivers.
