What the heck?!?!

I passed by this really hoity toity (that's the word that came to mind when I saw the place) beauty salon and they had this beautifully done sign that says "eyelash extension tip bleaching" and "eyelash perm". What in God's name does a woman need an eyelash extension tip bleaching for?!?! And it costs $50.
