Good luck Andreas! A word about free entrance. You should have a fee at the door to keep non-industry people out, but have free online registration.

Hi Evil Chris,

We check every single free registration that comes in if the person is really an affiliate - or if he just pretends to be one (program owner, biller, hoster or any other type of professional company - or if he is a non-industry person).

We will definitely NOT allow people who are not related to our industry into the venue. No worries. We got the whole hotel exclusively to our group, and will make sure that only industry people will be present.

Yes, it is coming along nicely for a one year old start-up show. In June 2009 when we started we had some 300 people attending, in February 2010 already over 400 - so now the goal for Febraury 2011 is to break the "magical 500" barrier, which would really put us on the map :)

We just published our Participants List Version 1.0 with already over 200 participants. But there are still a lot of people signing up for the show every day, so I expect that we will break the 400 participants mark again.
