It's vertical it's a cute little flower with diamonds and a gold ball on the end it's really cute. I can't get over how fast it healed it's all better now...wooohooooo!
Don, I had my labret pierced 3 years ago and it doesn't hurt a bit (I took it out cuz I kept playing with it)
