I own http://www.pocketsexclips.com and I'm having problems getting the site SEO'd any help would be appreciated.

Also anyone who would like to link exchange I'm totally up for it, so please let me know...

I currently get around:
Uniques: Pageviews: Hits:
Tuesday 341 1524 10545
Monday 313 1555 11606

This is with google hating me, imagine if it loved me!

I haven't any banners or anything for the site so a text link on your site would be fine, to help the SEO and hopefully yours... Open to suggestions... Magic.
