It happened to me as well. About 2 years ago someone hacked into my RBC account and fleeced me for $2400.
I had to sign some docs, but I got it all back.
What I hate is when I get a call from RBC saying that my cards have all been cancelled due to suspicious activity from their fraud control centre. While I appreciate them looking out for me, it's a hassle to have to go down to the bank, veryify everything, get a new card activated etc...
