Ok, working for billers and programs, we all know this happens all the time. But would you have your kid jailed for it?

Ok so $200 in charges, most which can be credited. But now the kid could face a felony? Would you submit your child to the judicial system that *could* try him as an adult, end up paying court fees, possibly for an attorney, etc and possibly put into juvenile detention for seeking sexual enterainment? maybe his parents are bible thumpers
Or maybe the kids been out of control and this was the final straw
But I'll be damned...that seems harsh.
