Well I know in my case that I am only able to do it in one position....and that is standing up and from behind...there can be no slowing down as then the orgasm will disappear...the longer and harder the bigger the puddle...I personally do not know how other women and do it over and over if they are not faking it...for me it happens once and maybe just maybe twice, but the second time it is much smaller and just could be left overs from the first time....
