I don't think condom use or other fluid barriers in porn films should be mandatory either. A performer can accept or decline a contract. Each person needs to make the decision for themselves.

Sexually transmitted diseases aren't exclusive to performers, escorts, and street walkers. These people are easy targets to further an agenda.
