FB is right about keeping your chin up and you're right about unplugging and taking a bit of time away.
Don't do anything stupid, I can tell you that everyone has had bad times and the 2 things that I can think of right now to remember and know is 100% fact in life is this:
1. this time shall pass too (better days are always ahead especially when you "think" you hit the bottom)
2. make sure that you never lose the belief that ... the world lives within you, and that you do not live within the world. (Do not allow the world, it's elements and people take possesion of your life by living in the world... yet allow the world to live within you and possess the world, it's elements and people within yourself)
