I keep hearing that Vizio is good.
We have a Sharp Aquos LCD and it's really awesome. But I don't get much into all the nerdy details of these reviews.
Downstairs in the "boys room" we have a 50" LG plasma and it's also pretty awesome. It's used mostly for gaming and live sports.
