Last summer I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks doing this...
I worked out about 2 or 2 x a week, drank a protien shake 3 x a day no more then 500 calories and then had 2 small high protien low carb meals
Diets never work for me, but eating healthy and getting out and doing things always helps...
Partying only makes me bulk up, I think it is the beer
