Just watch what you eat... not so many milk products... eat lots of vegetables and fruits... eat the most in the morning, less for lunch and only a bit for dinner...
Don't go to McDonalds or KFC or Burger King or.....
if you eat Pasta, just eat pasta alone...
do some workout and measure your weight every day.f Best is to do it as first thing in the morning.
Set yourself a realistic goal to reach. Like loosing 2 pounds a week! Don't make a pure radical diet, just discipline yourself bit by bit!
