i guess the weight crunch is on...i hover around 190 or so...i try not to eat any carbs, so i dont eat alot of past anymore...i eat more protein now then anything..and sometimes i will eat just servings of vegetables, and servings of meat....I have fruit in the morning, and i try to only eat Rye bread.
Just renewed my gym membership again...got three free monhts, bargain with them, it works. Hopefully i plan on geting down to 185, and i should be lean there.
