The res is awesome... just the camera that makes it look that bright. This is one of the few LCD's that hit 75hz.... the max res is 1024x768.

As for the clean desk... yeah, I cleaned it today. I couldn't find the keyboard before, so decided to give it a once over

PS. No, it's no where near this clean usually.
