As far as I'm concerned, brilliance comes in all shapes, sizes, genders, transgenders, colors. Hell, one of my favorite affiliates is a transsexual escort agency owner in New York that decided to give phone sex a try in all her advertising. I think it's safe to say that most of us agree on these things! Respect is something that must be earned. However, I don't feel there could ever be a justification to disrespect someone that you don't yet know
