Well, the Swiss Constitution guarantees any citizen the right for property and there are only two restrictions: 
 
1.) Limit your rights to do with your property as you want (mostly applicable for buildings where you can't alter the outside appearance as you want, especially when you life in a historic setting). 
For this you will not be compensated
