Thanks again for the warm welcome.

I've been in the industry for about 2 years now.

Previously I focused on doing submissions. Galleries, freesites, etc.

I'm now changing my business model to more of advisor type. My first project is a resouce page that you can see in my sig. Also working on putting together a type of newbie mentoring program.
