The guys shoes up at the emergency ward, half dead, yelling for help.
The doctor asks him what happened, and he say that he was raped by an elephant.
The whole personel gets him on a stretcher and starts examining him.
They turn him around and see a gaping ass hole of over a foot wide.
"OH MY GOD!" says the doctor to the patient. "I thought that elephants had a long and slim penis..."
