I posted here a little while ago with my directory at
www.adults4.com - I just thought I'd give you an update.
Since I last posted the directory got PR at the last update, not a huge amount but it's only going to get better! It's now getting spidered daily and new pages are being cached all the time.
If you'd like to submit your site just go to the relevant category and click on the 'Submit New Link' option. A reciprocal link back to us is not necessary, though is always appreciated :-) and sites that do are given a higher listing in the categories.
