How do you stay fit?
Assuming you are fit...lol
I'm just curious to know what kind of sports and activities people like to do! let's face it, we spend so much time on our asses in front of our computer...
I'd have to say I enjoy going to the gym a few times a week...And of course sex...That's always a great way to stay in shape  |

Seriously.. I get up at 6am.. drink a glass of water.. jog around the lake, about 30 minutes, get home do a normal workout.. 100 jumping jacks, Situps, Crunches on my workout ball, then eat a good breakfast.
Then I sit on my ass the rest of the day and drink coffee and program. heh!

Don't think I'm really in shape but I'm trying.
I've been taking kickboxing classes for about a month and a half now. That's 1 hour on monday, wednesday, and friday. And I play softball on Thursdays.
Can I also include lifting glasses of beer or crown and water to my mouth?  |

Hahah--I think we need another thread that says "Who's Fit?" Hahahha--Heaven't know's that I'm not 16 hours a day in this chair will make ya...well...unfit for human viewing. LOL
Seriously though--I TRY to do some work outside and such when I can, but there's just not enough hours in a day. (And if there were MORE hours, I'de prolly not work out then either. BORING! )

2) Discount that chocolate urge on your girlfriend and fuck like a rabitt (this will make HER fitter too, which is great!)
3) Work out from time to time, you may think its a waste of time but you will actually become more productive when you work out.
