Default Borderline Burnout !!! Where are the healthy webmasters ?
I need a multi vitamin or herbal remedy to put some pep in my step. Lately I've been feeling pretty drained. Does anyone know of anything I can take to get my energy levels back up, or should i just watch my diet and get my lazy ass in the gym ?

Well, 3 cheeseburger for breakfast, a big mac menu and 20 nuggets for lunch and some nice pizza for dinner aren't a good diet...

try to stay under 1000 kcal per day, see that you don't eat too much fat and beware for pasta!
