I think they are starting the tour here in Philly at a local radio stations 40th b-day part...aren't they philly boys?

Weiland had been causing problems recently with his Velvet Revolver mates and that ultimitely broke that band up. I'm not sure why the other STP members would take him back. Money I guess.
