		I was so surprised with a response one of my customer support staff got from a customer today, tha tI had to post this up. 
 
This customer (Kerry was his name) forgot to cancel his membership before the trial ended. 
 
So we were happy to refund him (as we are always vigilante against potential charge backs), and the following was his response... 
 
 
Dear Heidi, 
  
Thank you. 
  
I really appreciate you taking care of that.  I'm going to send that money to the Red Cross and not think of myself and be selfish.
