Seems the the media whore got caught with his pants down. I don't think he needs this type of press, so I would imagine this isn't a publicity stunt.

I don't think it'll make the mad bucks the Paris Hilton tape made but it can do some serious personal damage to his home life.

The guy used his image and a kiss song in the tour, the lawsuit will be huge! Gene will sue the site owner, billing company, host and their mothers lol.
