that's pretty cool - here's how much of a geek I have to be at times... HAD to open it up in photoshop to sample both colors to see what it said...

I never did see any explanation for it, if there is one at all. I just figured that the shadow being cast across the board was the reason for it.

click the link Ronaldo provided, you'll see that they are actually the same. If you need more proof, open the file up in PhotoShop and sample the colors.
