Hiring: dating/social metworking expert $1k project

Exactly as the subject says we are hiring a social networking / dating site expert who has experience running hands on, dating sites and social networking sites from the ground up.

We have a new site that has users but they're not interacting as much as we would like I would like to see ways for us to get that to happen.

This is a simple, relatively quick consulting project that if you know what you're doing should be really easy money.
