credit card playing god
This is something that grinds me
in all the wrong places
i tried to use epassporte to pay a designer and the credit card charge was denied by my bank
i called the bank and they said okay and approved the transaction and i went back to epassportand tried again - again my bank denied the charge - i was getting pretty mad when the phone rang...it was the banks fraud department .. the man on the other end asked me what i was trying to purchase
i told them design services
and they said well that's a shame becuase epassporte is a gambling site and we wont allow any money to go to them
i was like what the fuck
how dare you tell me where and how i spend my money
if i want to gmable on line that is my business as long as i pay my bills
well they said they process for bank of america and suntrust and i should look for another card to use on this site because they wont allow it
what do you make of that shit!?!

Oh... and staying on topic.
It's unfortunate, but the credit card companies and banks seem to regulate themselves and take themselves a bit too seriously. Just because epass has business dealings with party poker, it doesn't mean they are a gambling site.
Take your business elsewhere. Like north of the border where everything is allowed.  |

I have , however , had opinion suggesting that an online poker site in Canada would probably not breech any laws as you are merely hosting a community and ot being an odds maker.
