How much sleep do you need?
 I need a minimum of 8 hours of shut eye to be able to function the next day! Don't know why! It's just something my body needs! |

I have operated on as little as 3 hours of sleep - but can't sustain that over a few days. lately I have been getting around 7 to 8 but with the new baby coming along - I may have to forfeit sleep for a while

i need around 7 hours but sleep about 5 - 6 hours per night

I get about 6 hours. I am lucky for some reason I do not need alot of sleep. I enjoy those 2 extra hours that I have to be productive than others.

I need 8 hours. I can function on as little as 6 hours for a day or two. After that, I get really difficult to be around.

I can usually make it on about 5 hours sleep for a few days if I have to.
But I like getting around9 or 10 if I can.

I usually need a good 7 hours. I can function on 6. Last night I had 2. I did the stupidest thing. I was up late anyway, and then I started looking at pictures of ghosts on the Coast to Coast website and totally spooked myself so bad that I couldn't close my eyes. Normally the stuff doesn't get to me but I was half asleep as it was and it just sort of hit me in a really weird way. |
